At the most recent meeting of the trustees the SCA safeguarding for young persons and vulnerable adults policy was approved and is available to read here. This policy is relevant to all clubs and individual members of the association. Any questions on the policy should in the first instance be sent to the SCA safeguarding

Entries are invited to the 2023-2024 Colin Roberts Memorial Trophy, which is a prize for the best game played over the board by a Shropshire player in any league, event  or competition anywhere during the 2023-2024 season, excluding games played at quickplay and blitz time limits. The winner will be chosen by an independent panel
