Shropshire Chess mourns the passing of a true great of the local chess world. Appreciation from Shrewsbury Chess Club here.

Oswestry Chess Club are sad to announce the recent death of John Waller. John was a member of the club for six years. He was a reliable, conscientious and enthusiastic member and will be sadly missed. Jonathan Smith – Club Secretary
